Importing from Japan
Duty treatment differs by destination.
Australia: Nothing on orders under A$1,000. Above A$1,000, Australian Border Force collects GST, any duty, and a processing charge from you as the importer.
Hong Kong: Nothing. Hong Kong charges no import duty or sales tax on trading cards.
South Korea: Nothing on goods under US$150. At or above that, customs collects 10% VAT and any duty from you on the full value including shipping — the US$150 is not deducted.
Singapore: Nothing on goods under S$400. Above that, SingPost collects 9% GST from you before delivery.
Taiwan: Nothing on parcels under NT$2,000 including shipping. Above that, customs collects 5% business tax from you. Taiwan also limits each recipient to six duty-free parcels per half-year, counted across every seller you buy from — not just us.
United States: Delivered Duty Paid — the price includes the 12% import-duty & clearance surcharge.
Questions
Can you find cards that are not in the catalog?
The catalog is what we can ship right now, so start by searching the card code or set. If the item you want is not listed, email [email protected] with the card name, set, and grade, and we will reply about that item. We cannot promise every card.
Can I place a small order?
Single cards, PSA slabs, and sealed boxes are all available. Shipping is charged once per order, however many cards it contains.
Which card games do you sell?
Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Dragon Ball Japanese editions — singles, PSA slabs, booster boxes, and sealed products.
How long until my order ships?
Every order is prepared and inspected in Japan before dispatch. You receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
How is payment handled?
Orders up to US$1,500 are paid by card through Stripe. For a larger order, email us and we will arrange payment with you before anything ships.
Can I import Japanese cards for my shop?
Yes. Browse the catalog by card code or set to see Japanese market prices and order directly. Orders up to US$1,500 are paid by card; above that, email [email protected].
