How MintBoon works
From browse to delivery
1 · Browse — Choose a card, box, or lot from the catalog.
2 · Review — Review the item price and shipping cost before purchase.
3 · Secure payment — Pay by card on orders up to US$1,500. For a larger order, email us and we will arrange payment with you.
4 · Inspection & QC — Every item is checked against your order before it is approved for dispatch. Graded singles are matched by certification number; shrink-wrapped boxes are checked as sealed and unopened. Tape-sealed One Piece and Dragon Ball boxes are checked at the box level when we buy them, so the packs are counted and every pack seal examined before the box ever reaches the catalogue.
5 · Packed & shipped — Your order is packed for international transit and dispatched from Japan, tracked the whole way.
6 · Delivered — You get the tracking number and delivery confirmation. The deal closes against its order ID.
Questions
Who can buy?
Anyone buying Japanese trading cards in a country we ship to. See the shipping policy for served countries.
When will my order ship?
Every order is prepared and inspected in Japan before dispatch, then shipped tracked. You receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
How do payments work?
Orders up to US$1,500 are paid by card through Stripe. For a larger order, email us and we will arrange payment with you before anything ships.
Refunds & cancellations
An order may be cancelled at any time before it ships — refunded at 90% of the total you paid. Once shipped, orders are not returnable. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, tell us within 48 hours and we refund in full and pay the return postage. If an item proves unavailable after payment, you get a full refund or an agreed substitute — your choice, with nothing deducted.
How do you prevent disputes?
The item, grade, and price are agreed at checkout before any money moves. Each order keeps its listing, the price agreed, and carrier tracking against the order ID. Graded singles add the grading company’s certification number, which you can check with that company directly.
